Overview

Journey Workspaces v19.11.0 is now generally available. This new Workspaces release utilizes powerful REST APIs from the Journey Manager platform and is intended to be compatible with both Journey Manager v19.05 and v19.11.

This release includes many new features and enhancements targeted at processing agents, helpdesk agents, assisted channel staff and group managers, such as enhancements to the multi-applicant / multi-product interface, enhancements to the supported actions, a new SLA reporting feature, the ability to recover and withdraw applications, improvements to the console error reporting for debugging, and many more minor enhancements based on client services feedback.

Prerequisite – An environment running Journey Manager v19.05 / v19.11.

Note: There are some minor changes to the structure of the configuration which require care to be taken while migrating from Workspaces v19.05 to v19.11. For details, refer to the migration guide in the Workspaces technical documentation.

What is Journey Workspaces?

Journey Workspaces is a review and approval portal for banking staff, designed to support resolution and customer service activities for account opening and onboarding.

Workspaces enhances the bank customer experience and improves banking staff productivity by increasing efficiency and accuracy of the application review process, often a source of onboarding delays and customer dissatisfaction.

Journey Workspaces is an integral module of the Journey Manager platform, designed to create outstanding banking customer acquisition and onboarding journeys.
