Overview
Journey Workspaces 22.10 is now generally available. This release introduces some exciting new features and enhancements to Journey Workspaces and Journey Applicants. There's a fresh new UI with white-label theme support and several UX improvements, enhanced navigation with support for the grouping of spaces, and many new productivity features including support for invoking fluent functions, a new reassign action, and an option to perform bulk actions.
Prerequisites
Journey Workspaces applications require an environment running Journey Manager.
- Journey Workspaces: Journey Manager 22.10 or higher
- Journey Applicants: Journey Manager 22.04 or higher
The Journey Workspaces 22.10 application is deployed as an Open UX form using the command line interface tool. If you are upgrading from Workspaces 20.05 or a later release then only minor changes to your existing configuration are required. However, if you are upgrading from an older release then you first need to migrate your configuration to work with the latest Open UX version of Workspaces. To learn more about what's required, see the migration guides in the Workspaces technical documentation.
What is Journey Workspaces?
Journey Workspaces is an integral module of the Journey Manager platform, designed to create outstanding banking customer acquisition and onboarding journeys. Workspaces enhances the bank customer experience and improves banking staff productivity by increasing efficiency and accuracy of the application review process, often a source of onboarding delays and customer dissatisfaction.
Journey Workspaces for bank staff is a review and approval portal for bank staff, designed to support resolution and customer service activities for account opening and customer onboarding.
Journey Workspaces for authenticated non-bank users, now called Journey Applicants, is a self-service portal for managing application creation, handling follow-up requests, and keeping track of application progress.
Journey Operations, the new operations assistance portal, is now part of Journey Manager. For more information, refer to the Journey Manager 22.10 release notes.
