View Project Assets and Resources

Journey Maestro allows you to view and manage projects and their assets, such as forms, components, templates, and receipts, and resources, such as libraries.

Note

Forms, components, templates, and receipts are all Design type categories that you can access from a project.

Forms

To view the list of forms in an project:

  1. Open a project in the Navigator pane.
  2. Select the Forms tab to view and manage a list of forms belonging to the project.
  3. View the list of forms in a project

    The list includes the following information:

    • Name - a form name
    • Description
  4. Click Edit Form to edit a selected form.
  5. Click Create Form to create a new form.
  6. Click Delete Form to delete selected forms.
    Note

    Use Shift or Ctrl key to select multiple forms.  |  21.05 This feature was introduced in 21.05.

  7. Click Import Form to import a form.
  8. Click Export Form to export selected forms.

  9. Click Export Whole Project to export the project including all assets and resources.
  10. Double-click a selected form to view it.

Components

To view the list of components in an project:

  1. Open a project in the Navigator pane.
  2. Select the Components tab to view and manage a list of components belonging to the project.
  3. View the list of components in a project

    The list includes the following information:

    • Name - a component name
    • Description
  4. Click Edit Component to edit a selected component.
  5. Click Create Component to create a new component.
  6. Click Delete Component to delete selected components.

  7. Click Import Component to import a component.
  8. Click Export Component to export selected components.

  10. Double-click a selected component to view it.

Templates

To view the list of templates in an project:

  1. Open a project in the Navigator pane.
  2. Select the Templates tab to view and manage a list of templates belonging to the project.
  3. View the list of templates in a project

    The list includes the following information:

    • Name - a template name
    • Description
  4. Click Edit Template to edit a selected template.
  5. Click Create Template to create a new template.
  6. Click Delete Template to delete selected templates.
