Export a Template

Maestro allows you to import and export templates, so you can reuse them across different projects, organizations or environments. This saves you time and effort, as you don't need to create a new template from scratch. This process is also commonly used to migrate templates from one environment to another. You can use this functionality to:

• Rollback one or several templates
• Re-create one or several templates in another Maestro
• Promote one or several template

To export a template:

1. Open a project in the Navigator pane where you want to export a template from and click Templates to view the list of templates created in your project.
2. Select the template you wish to export from the list and click Export Template. Maestro exports the template into a form archive ZIP file, which will be downloaded to your machine.
