Create a Form Version

Manager allows you to create a new form version.

To create a new form version:

1. Select Forms > Forms.
2. Locate a form and click Edit to open the form in the Dashboard.
3. Click New Form Version under the Form Version section to create a new form version.

   

4. Modify the form version properties as required.
5. Click Save to update the changes.
