Manager is a complex and highly configurable software, which allows you to create, import and update majority of its components, such as an organization, form space, form version, service, user, role, group, and security managers. Most of the changes include customized Groovy scripts and configuration files, for example, collaboration jobs, that can be long and complex and are deployed manually. Even though, developers and testers do their best to ensure there are no errors or flaws in these changes, errors do happen and we have to deal with them. Manager is designed to deal with these possible error scenarios, but each component does it differently. The general approach is to rollback the faulty changes to the previous working version.
