Help Desk Authenticated Edit

Allows the help desk staff members to monitor submissions from authenticated customers in the Help Desk tab, which, by default, excludes the submissions from authenticated users to be viewed by the Workspaces staff and Maguire staff roles. Assign this permission to standard roles to include submissions from authenticated users.

This permission is required to call the following API:

• txn/cancel to cancel a Saved or Opened form transaction, which is not a task submission.
  Note

  You don't need this permission to call txn/cancel API to cancel an Opened form transaction, which is a task submission and is assigned to a user.

  Note

  If you call txn/cancel API for Workspaces Operations Portal, you must have the Help Desk View permission configured instead.

Workspaces Staff

Help Desk View

Allows the reviewers and managers to monitor and manage tasks in the Workspaces form space. It also enables you to see and use the Help Desk tab.

The Workspaces Operations Portal requires this permission to call the following API:

• txn/status  |  22.04 This feature was introduced in 22.04.
• txn/task  |  22.04 This feature was introduced in 22.04.
• txn/purge  |  22.04 This feature was introduced in 22.04.
• txn/cancel  |   22.04 This feature was updated in 22.04.
  Note

  You don't need this permission to call txn/cancel API for other portals. In this case, you must have the Help Desk Authenticated Edit permission configured.

Workspaces Staff

Operations All Transactions

Allows the reviewers and managers to view all transactions from all form spaces.

The Workspaces Operations Portal requires this permission to call the following API:

• txn/query, with the query scope as ALL in a request, to list all transactions for a form space.  |   22.04 This feature was updated in 22.04.
  Note

  You don't need this permission to call txn/query API with other query scope options.
