View Form Spaces

Manager allows you to view available form spaces, so you can manage them.

To view form spaces, select Forms > Form Spaces.

Form spaces are shown page by page, with the maximum number of records per page configured in the users preferences.

The form space list displays the following details:

• Name - a form space's name. Click a link to configure a selected form space.
• URL - a web application's fully qualified domain nameFully qualified domain name (FQDN), sometimes also referred to as an absolute domain name, is a domain name that specifies its exact location in the tree hierarchy of the Domain Name System (DNS). It specifies all domain levels, including at least a second-level domain and a top-level domain. where forms are hosted and can be accessed by users. Click a link to open a web application hosted under this URL.
• Description - a meaningful description of the form space.
• Content Editable - whether an administrator can edit all fields in form space’s content at run-time or not.
• Version - a version of a form space.
  Note

  The version is highlighted in red if:

  • A form space version is different from that of a Manager server's where the form space is deployed.
  • A form space WAR file needs to be rebuilt using the Manager installer.

• Last Modified - a date when a form space was last modified and a user account who modified it.
• Module WAR File - a name of a WAR file deployed as the form space. Click a link to download the file.

To search for specific form spaces, specify a name or a part of the name and click Search.

Click Clear to reset the search criteria.

Click Export Data to export the displayed data as a Microsoft Excel (XLS) file.
