Remove a Form Space

Manager allows you to remove a form space when you don't need it any more, for example, when a form space is deprecated. However, it's recommended to disable the unused form spaces rather than removing them.

Note

All forms associated with a form space will not render once the form space is removed.

To remove a form space:

  1. Select Forms > Form Spaces.
  2. Locate a form space.
  3. Find all forms associated with this form space and assign them to a different form space to avoid any form rendering issues.
  4. Click Remove.
  5. Click OK to confirm it.

To create a new form space, import it as a WAR file.
