Temenos Journey Manager Forms System Requirements

PlatformApplicable to all products in Temenos Journey Manager.  |   All Personas

The Temenos Journey Manager platform ensures that forms built with Journey Maestro are supported on both desktop and mobile platforms.

Desktop Browsers

The Temenos Journey Manager supports Maestro forms being used on the following desktop browsers:

  • Apple Safari - current version
  • Google Chrome - current version
  • Microsoft Edge - current version
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer - 11 (Forms published from Maestro 22.04 and earlier)
  • Mozilla Firefox - current version

Legacy Desktop Browsers

The Temenos Journey Manager no longer supports the following browsers because Microsoft no longer provides security patches or fixes for these browsers, which poses a significant security risk.

  • Internet Explorer 8 (IE8)
  • Internet Explorer 9 (IE9)
  • Internet Explorer 10 (IE10)

For further details, refer to Microsoft's website:

In addition, these legacy browsers do not support modern security standards required for security transactions including:

Note

For Journey Manager 4.3.3 and later, customers must explicitly configure their environments to support IE10, IE9, or IE8. The default Journey Manager configuration does not support these browsers. Customers enabling support for legacy browsers do so at their own risk.

Mobile Browsers

The Temenos Journey Manager supports Maestro forms in the following mobile browsers:

  • Apple Safari on iOS - 7.0 or later
  • Google Chrome - 4.0 or later
Note

The Google Search App (GSA) is not supported. You should use Google Chrome instead.

The Temenos Journey Manager forms have been tested across a wide range of browsers on mobile devices including those from Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Nokia.

Microsoft Windows Phone 8 devices are not supported as these are EOL by Microsoft, and we do not support Windows 10 Mobile phone devices as these have not been successful in market and are scheduled EOL in 2019 by Microsoft.

Exhaustive testing across market leading devices and browsers is performed. However, the proliferation of mobile platform combinations (mobile device + OS + patches + browser) preclude us from testing Maestro form functionality against all mobile platform combinations.

Note

If you're using TransactField App in a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) deployment model, we recommend testing Temenos Journey Manager forms against your target devices.
