TransactField App works with the Temenos Journey Manager and enables mobile workers to do business whenever, and wherever, they require. It offers robust mobile capabilities and improves mobile workforce productivity by optimizing on-site data entry and making it easy for organizations to deliver quality service and measurable results, as well as speed up billing. Additionally, organizations can link the TransactField App to ERPEnterprise resource planning (ERP) is the integrated management of main business processes, often in real-time and mediated by software and technology. and CRMCustomer relationship management (CRM) is an approach to manage a company's interaction with current and potential customers. It uses data analysis about customers' history with a company to improve business relationships with customers, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth. systems to deliver work tickets, inspection jobs, and report forms to a mobile workforce – anytime, anywhere.

TransactField App runs on Apple and Android devices, Microsoft Windows desktop and tablet and synchronizes them with mobile data capture applications that are built using the Temenos Journey Manager. Interaction between TransactField App and the Temenos Journey Manager platform is illustrated with the diagram below.

The TransactField App delivers the following capabilities to mobile workers:

  • Allows mobile workers to take their forms with them out in the field and work either online or offline.
  • Synchronizes SmartForms automatically to the device.
  • Stores submitted form data temporarily on the device, completing the submissions when the user comes online.
  • Enables forms to make use of device capabilities, including camera, geolocation (GPS), and scribble signature.
  • Enforces security, including password protection and encrypted data on the device and over the wire.
  • Provides full control over which forms go to which users through permissions and roles.
  • Synchronizes to all apps when a new form or an updated form is deployed.
