Journey Maestro System Requirements

Journey Maestro is web-based tool for designing and building application forms. It comes with the built-in Maestro editor for creating these forms as HTML single-page applications. The editor runs in a browser so it's important that you use the supported browsers and their corresponding versions, as listed below.

The forms, which you design and build in Maestro, are hosted in Journey Manager and accessed by form users from their browsers. These forms require a different set of browsers' requirements to run property. For more information, see Web Browser Support for Maestro Forms.

Cloud

Available as an AmazonAmazon Web Services (AWS) is a comprehensive, evolving cloud computing platform provided by Amazon. It provides a mix of infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS) and packaged software as a service (SaaS) offerings. hosted service, currently provided in the AWS regions US West (Oregon), EU (Ireland) and Asia Pacific (Sydney).

Browser

• Google Chrome - current version. This is the recommended browser.
• Mozilla Firefox - current version.

Recommended Hardware

• Operating System: Microsoft supported Windows 7 or Windows 10 versions, and Apple supported macOS versions
• RAM: 8GB
• CPU: Intel Core i5 or above
• Screen size: 1920 x 1080 or larger. This is not a hard requirement, however, the greater the screen size the better it is to design pages in Maestro tool
• Disk space: 10GB
