View Groups

Manager allows you to view the list of available groups.

Note

You must be an Administrator to view the groups.

To view all configured groups, select Security > Groups.

Groups are shown page by page, with the maximum number of records per page configured in the users preferences.

Manager view groups

The list displays the following details:

  • Group Name: a name of a group.
  • Type: a type of a group, which can be one of the following:
    • Alert- notifies and alert users about certain events. A user must be assigned to a group of this group type.
    • Form- restricts user access to forms or tasks that are associated with this group.
    • Job - restrict access to job coordinators when overseeing jobs that they are responsible for.
  • Description: a description of a group.
  • Form Work Group: whether users of this group can share the form with work group members.
  • New Forms: whether users of this group can open new forms or not.
  • Saved / Assigned: whether users of this group can open a saved and assigned forms and tasks or not.
  • Completed Forms: whether users of this group can open submissions of completed forms.
  • Reassigned Forms: whether users of this group can reassign tasks to other users.

To filter or search the groups by one or more criteria, specify the following settings and click Search:

  • Group's name or part of a name.
  • Type of a group

Click Clear to reset the search criteria.

You can also perform the following actions:

Click Export Data to export the displayed data as a Microsoft Excel (XLS) file.
