Create A Tagged Version of a Form

MaestroThe UI design product.  |    Form BuilderPlatform Developer |  17.10 This feature was introduced in 17.10.

Maestro allows you to tag a form version.

To create a tagged version of a form:

  1. Select the form from the Navigator on the Dashboard.
  2. Click New Tag.
  3. Complete the options in the New Tag window.
  4. Select which version of the form you want the tagged version to be based on from the Based On Version dropdown list.
  5. Enter a version number for the tagged version in the New Version field.
  6. Click Create.

From the Versions list, you can see a check mark in the column next to the tagged version. If you open the tagged version in the Maestro Editor, you can see the read-only text at the top of the form. In the read-only version, you notice that you are not able to add new components to the form, and there is no option to save any changes you make.

Once you have created a tagged version of a form, you may need to create a new version of the form based on the tagged version.
