View Property Types

Manager allows you to view the list of available property types, so you can manage them.

To view the property types, select Forms > Property Types.

Property types are shown page by page, with the maximum number of records per page configured in the users preferences.

The Property Types list displays the following details:

• Property Name
• Org - an organization where a property is defined
• Scope - a scope of a property type.
  • Client - a property configured for an organization and its forms, so it obtains its value dynamically from an organization.
  • Form - a property configured for form versions, so it obtains its value directly or dynamically from a form version. This property can override Client's scope property.
  • User - a property configured for user profiles, so it obtains the value from a user’s profile of a logged user.
• Data Type - a Data Type of a property
• Description

To filter or search the property types by one or more criteria, specify the following settings and click Search:

• Property's name or part of a name
• Scope of a property type

Click Clear to reset the search criteria.

You can also perform the following actions:

• Create a property type
• Configure a property type
• Remove a property type

Click Export Data to export the displayed data as a Microsoft Excel (XLS) file.
