Form Data Extract

Manager allows you to view all items and their values that were extracted from the submitted XML data of a form.

Warning

Form data extracts may contain PIIPersonally Identifiable Information (PII) is information about an individual that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; and any other information that is linked to an individual. In Europe, PII is known as personal data. data, so you must adhere to the best practices of handling such data as well as global and local regulations.

We don't recommend extracting PII data.

Note

The Form Data Extract tab is only available if form data extracts are configured.

To view a form data extract:

  1. Select Operations > Form Transactions.
  2. Locate a transaction and click View.
  3. Select the Form Data Extract tab.

    4. Manager extracts these values and places them in the Value column for each of the configured data extracts.

  4. Click Reload to refresh form XML data extract values.
  5. Click Delete to remove the data extracts.
  6. Click Close.
