T.Field Sync Log

Manager comes with many types of log files and one of them is T.Field Sync Log that allows you to view operations invoked by devices running the TransactField App. This is useful in debugging the TransactField App issues.

To view the T.Field Sync Log, select System > T.Field Sync Log.

Log entries are shown page by page, with the maximum number of records per page configured in the users preferences.

To filter or search log entries by one or more criteria, specify the following settings and click Search:

  • User
  • Message
  • Space - select a form space.
  • Device Info
  • Start Date and End Date of the event.

Click Clear to reset the search criteria.

To view additional information, click Details.

Click Export Data to export the displayed data as a Microsoft Excel (XLS) file.

Note

TransactField App users can elect to upload their device log to the Manager server, which you can viewe using T.Field Device Log
