Manager comes with many types of log files and one of them is T.Field Device Log that allows you to view log files of a device, which runs the TransactField App. A TransactField App user must elect to upload their device log to a Manager server first. This can be very helpful in debugging issues occurring on the device running the TransactField App.
To view T.Field Device Log, select System > T.Field Device Log.
Log entries are shown page by page, with the maximum number of records per page configured in the users preferences.
To filter or search log entries by one or more criteria, specify the following settings and click Search:
Click Clear to reset the search criteria.
To view additional information, click Details. You can also view the corresponding synchronization log entry.
Click Export Data to export the displayed data as a Microsoft Excel (XLS) file.
