Journey Space Forms

Journey Space provides the Forms tab that lists all forms available to a user to start working on.

To filter or search forms:

1. Enter a search string in the search text field.
2. Click Go.
3. Click a form from the list to start working on.

Manager uses form groups to restrict the list of forms that are shown to the user. By default, a form is not assigned to a form group so it will appear in the list. When a form group is assigned to a form, and the form group has the New Form permission set, then it will be only visible to members of the form group.
