Remove a Delivery Channel

Manager allows you to remove a delivery channel from an organization when it is not required any more. However, we suggest disabling a delivery channel rather than removing it. If you still decide to delete the delivery channel, you need to update forms that use this delivery channel with a new one.

Let's look this in detail.

To reassign a delivery channel:

  1. Check if any forms are associated with the delivery channel.
  2. Reassign each form associated with this delivery channel to a valid delivery channel.

To remove a delivery channel:

  1. Select Forms > Organizations.
  2. Locate an organization and click Edit.
  3. Select the Delivery Channels tab.
  4. Locate a delivery channel you wish to remove and click Remove.
