Create a Delivery Channel

Manager allows you to create and configure a delivery channel for an organization.

To create a delivery channel:

  1. Select Forms > Organizations.
  2. Locate an organization and click Edit.
  3. Select the Delivery Channels tab to see a list of all delivery channels for the organization.

  4. Click New to create a new channel.

  5. Enter a unique name, within your organization, of the delivery channel in the Name Enter field.
  6. Select the delivery method from the Delivery Method dropdown list.

    A delivery channel method can be one of the following:

    • Delivery Process
    • Email
    • Email Secure
    • Web Service
    • REST Service
    Note

    A delivery channel configuration is different for each delivery method.

    Note

    The default Trash Can Delivery is set by default, so collaboration jobs can run. However, you may want to choose user email delivery.

  7. Enter a description of the delivery channel in the Description field.
  8. Select the Disabled checkbox to disable the delivery channel temporarily.
  9. Select the Default Delivery Channel checkbox to make it the default delivery channel for any forms within this organization that have not yet been associated with a delivery channel.
  10. Click Save to update the changes.
  11. Assign this delivery channel to a form.
  12. Select the Forms tab to view the list of forms using this delivery channel.
