Springboard solutions enable US banks to rapidly deliver an outstanding digital customer acquisition journey using a ready-made solution on an extensible platform that grows with the financial institution. They are a starting point for customer projects, requiring far less development than a typical custom Temenos Journey Manager project.

This is achieved by pre-building many of the typical components required to support US solutions on the Journey platform. Examples of pre-built components include the option of a Product Selector, the Maestro Template and Forms, Functions including third-party integration and a standard Workflow or collaboration job to support manual review and decisioning.

Areas of Value

Springboard provides value to Implementation teams and our clients in several ways:

Prerequisites

To start using Springboard and get the most out of it, you need to be familiar with:

Information is available on these subjects and more in this documentation and on the TJM resources website. We also offer online courses and instructor-led training on developing Temenos Journey Manager platform solutions.

What Remains to Be Done

While substantial portions of the solution are pre-built, there is still work required for every customer specific implementation. Typically, the bulk of the work for a client should be focused into three main areas:

  • Configuration/Setup - such as style/brand, labels, configurable options, deploying and testing components, testing integrations, etc.
  • Core Banking Integration - to support account and customer creation, as well as other critical onboarding activities.
  • Customization - which includes specific modifications to the project scope, which have been added to the project SOW (Statement of Work) or via CRs (Change Requests).
