View Saved Transactions

Journey Manager allows an administrator to view and update saved transactions.

To view the saved transactions, select Operations > Saved Transactions.

Transactions are shown page by page, with the maximum number of records per page configured via the user's preferences.

The transaction list displays the following details:

  • Transaction ID
  • Tracking Code
  • Name of the form
  • Organization associated with the form
  • Time and date the form was opened
  • Time and date the form was saved
  • Name of the user and contact email
  • % Complete
  • Transaction Score
  • Space
  • User’s OS / Browser

To search the saved transactions by one or more criteria, specify the following settings and click Search:

  • Transaction text, or part of a transaction text.
  • Transaction Score.
  • Space
  • Start Date
  • End Date

Click Clear to reset the search criteria.

Click Export Data to export the displayed data as a Microsoft Excel (XLS) file.

You can perform the following actions on a selected transaction:

  • Click Open Saved Form to open the saved form to complete the form on behalf of the user.
    Note

    To use this option, you must have the Submission Save Edit permission.

  • Click View Receipt to view the receipt as a PDF file.
