Transaction Events

   Journey Manager (JM) The transaction engine for the platform.  |    System Manager / DevOps  |  All versions This feature is related to all versions.

Manager allows you to see all events that were logged against a selected transaction.

Events include:

• Error transactions
• Saved transactions

To view all events pertaining to a transaction:

1. Select Operations > Form Transactions.
2. Locate a transaction and click View.
3. Select the Events tab to see all events pertaining to the selected transaction.
Note

This tab is only available if events have occurred within the selected transaction.



4. Click View to see the event's details.
5. Click Close.
