Remove a Form

Manager allows you to remove a form, which also deletes all form versions and submissions of that form.
It is recommended to make a form inactive rather than remove it, as it can impact many form users.
Make a Form Inactive
To make a form inactive:
- Select Forms > Forms.
- Locate a form.
- Select the Details tab.
- Clear the Active checkbox.
- Click Save to update the changes.
Remove a Form
Removing a form will delete all form versions and submissions of the form.
To delete a form, follow these steps:
- Select Forms > Forms.
- Locate a form.
- Click Remove and click OK confirm your decision.
