Remove a Form

Manager allows you to remove a form, which also deletes all form versions, transactions and submissions associated with the form.

Note

We recommend making a form inactive rather than remove it, as it may impact form users.

Make a Form Inactive

To make a form inactive:

Select Forms > Forms and locate a form.
Select the Details tab to open form's details.
Select Inactive from the Form Status dropdown list.
Click Save to update the changes.

Note

If a form has form versions, you can mark a particular form version as Inactive instead of disabling the whole form. For more information, see Configure a Form Version.

Remove a Form

To delete a form:

Select Forms > Forms and locate a form.
Click Remove and click OK confirm your decision.
