As Adobe Flash is not supported after the end of 2020, this feature is not available in Journey Manager since version 19.11.
You should use Form Input XML Prefill Mapping Using XPath instead.
Manager allows you to map each prefill data element from the source to the target using drag and drop functionality. Manager uses Adobe FlashAdobe Flash is a deprecated multimedia software platform used for production of animations, rich Internet applications, desktop applications, mobile applications, mobile games and embedded web browser video players. Flash displays text, vector graphics and raster graphics to provide animations, video games and applications. It allows streaming of audio and video, and can capture mouse, keyboard, microphone and camera input. Related development platform Adobe AIR continues to be supported. to implement drag and drop.
To map prefill data elements:
- Click New Input XML to create a new mapping or click Edit XML Mapping to change the existing one.
- Review a source and a target of the property mappings in the table containing the following columns:
- Source: Prefill Data XML.
- Prefill Data XPath.
- Form Data XPath.
- Target: Form Data XML.
- Drag and drop each data element from the Source: Prefill Data XML section to the Prefill Data XPath section.
- Drag and drop each data element from the Target: Form Data XML to the Form Data XPath.
- Check that the XPaths are mapped correctly in the middle two sections. In the case of repeats, the parent of the repeatable object must be mapped to an identically named form data field.
- Click Save to update the changes.
