Manage User Licenses

You can manage which users are licensed to use the Transact for Salesforce App when a limited number of user license is available.

Note

If your organization has a site license for the Transact for Salesforce App, all users will automatically be licensed and no license management will be required. This is relevant where your organization has purchased a limited number of seats.

To manage user license:

  1. Under App Setup > Installed Packages, click Manage Licenses next to the Transact for Salesforce App package
  2. Under Licensed Users, add and remove licensed users as required.
  3. Click Save to update the changes.
