Champion / System Owner
A Journey Champion/System Owner is a client resource that recognizes the value of the Temenos Journey Manager and already has a relationship with our sales team. They understand the business requirements and can, at a high-level, map the requirements to capabilities of the Temenos Journey Manager platform. This may be a technical or non-technical resource. Their job is to support the Temenos team in the presales phase as well as other divisions and decision makers.
Prerequisite Skillset of a Journey Champion/System Owner
- Ability to describe use-cases for the Temenos Journey Manager platform.
- Ability to describe – at a high-level - the value proposition of the Temenos Journey Manager platform.
- Able to describe – at a high-level - the technologies used in the Temenos Journey Manager platform.
- Accesses to decision makers.
- Effective communication or a thought leader for technology in the company.
