Export Forms

Manager allows you to export and import a current form version or all versions of a selected form. This process is commonly used to migrate forms from one environment to another. You can use this functionality to:

• Backup or archive forms.
• Re-create or migrate forms into another Manager.

To export one or several form versions:

1. Select Forms > Forms.
2. Click Export Current Form Version to export one form version or click Export All Form Versions to export all form versions.

Manager exports form versions into a form archive ZIP file, which will be downloaded to your PC.

Click Export Data to export the displayed data as a Microsoft Excel (XLS) file.

When exporting a form from a more recent version of Manager to an older version, you may receive the Could not set property formDataEncryptFlag on entity TemplateVersion error message. However, as we're exporting between two different versions of Manager, the original form has this flag set on it but it doesn't exist in the new environment so it can't be set. This will not stop the form from functioning correctly.
