Export Form Spaces

Manager allows you to export form spaces as ZIP or WAR archive files. The main difference between these exports is that a ZIP archive contains only configurations related to a specific form, whilst a WAR archive contains all form space configurations. You can use the export form space functionality to:

• Backup or archive form spaces.
• Re-create or migrate form spaces in another Manager.

To export a form space as a ZIP archive:

1. Select Forms > Form Spaces.
2. Click Export Archive to export the form space as a form space archive ZIP file, which will be downloaded to your PC.

Click Export Data to export the displayed data as a Microsoft Excel (XLS) file.
