The Temenos Learning Center has been migrated to our new consolidated Journey Platform resources website. This new consolidated website contains all our existing online training videos on products within the Temenos Journey Manager.

New consolidated Journey Platform resources website

To request access to all the courses in the new consolidated Journey Platform resources website send your request to the Journey Knowledge Team. Once your access has been granted you will be able to access all the online learning materials. A video library and extensive product documentation with product overviews are also available from the Journey Platform resources website for self paced exploration.

Access the online courses at the new website - journey.temenos.com

Simply visit the new consolidated Journey Platform resources website, or Sign In if you already have your user credentials.
Go to Learn on the main menu at the top of the page to view all courses.
If you don't see the Learn menu, send a request for access via the website, or email the Journey Knowledge Team.
Instructions on how to take a course can be found in the Learn article.

Access the online courses at the original location - learning.avoka.com

Login to learning.avoka.com.
Select the Courses menu or the Courses tile on the home page.

Click Open to view additional topics and/or courses.

Continue to Open the topics and/or courses, until you are viewing a course list.
Once you are inside the course, you will see a list of videos available to view.
