Apache Log

Journey Manager (JM) The transaction engine for the platform.  |    System Manager / DevOps  |  All versions This feature is related to all versions.

Being a web application that runs on an Apache server, Manager writes some important system information, such as event and error messages, into Apache log files. You generally don't need to check these log files unless you are troubleshooting some server errors, for example, FormDynamicDataServlet - Servlet not authorized.

To view the content of Apache log files, contact your Support team or Cloud Services team and ask them to send you a log file or a snippet of a file as per your requirements, for example, a date and time interval when an error took place.

Note

You can't access Apache log files from the Manager console.

Next, learn about the error log.
