Transaction Status Tab

   Journey Manager (JM) The transaction engine for the platform. |   System Manager / DevOps |  22.04 This feature was introduced in 22.04.

The Transaction Status tab shows information relating to a transaction's progress. Similar information is available in the Journey Manager console; for details, see Transaction Status.

This tab contains information separated into the following sections.

Note

The Operations portal implements a "hide empty" policy on UI elements when no information is available for them.

  • Each card is hidden if all of the fields it contains are empty.
  • The Transaction Status tab is hidden if all of its cards are hidden.

User Transaction Flow Steps

The User Transaction Flow Steps section displays information for the following fields. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) can be updated in this section.

  • Form Opened Time
  • Form Completed Time
  • Last User Activity Time
  • Insights Transaction
  • Transaction History Created
  • Attachments Status*: To update this field, select a value from the dropdown list and click Save. Valid values are: Completed, Optional, Required.
  • Form Status*: To update this field, select a value from the dropdown list and click Save. Valid values are: Abandoned, Assigned, Completed, Expired, Opened, Saved, Submitted.
  • Submit Key

User Processing Status Message

The User Processing Status Message section displays information for the following fields. in this section.

  • Processing Status
  • Processing Status Time

PDF Receipt Generation

The PDF Receipt Generation section displays information for the following fields. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) can be updated in this section.

  • Submit Key
  • Receipt Render Duration (ms)
  • Receipt Render Time
  • Receipt Render Attempts
  • Next Receipt Render Time
  • Receipt Status*: To update this field, select a value from the dropdown list and click Save. Valid values are: Completed, Error, In Progress, Ready.

Transaction Abandonment

The Transaction Abandonment section displays information for the following fields. in this section.

  • Abandonment Type
  • Abandonment Timestamp
  • Previous Form Status

Transaction Data Delivery

The Transaction Data Delivery section displays information for the following fields. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) can be updated in this section.

  • Submit Key
  • Scheduled Save Abandon Time
  • Delivery Status*: To update this field, select a value from the dropdown list and click Save. Valid values are: Completed, Error, In Progress, Not Ready, Not Required, Pending, Ready, Sent Email, Undeliverable.

Transaction Data Purging

The Transaction Data Purging section displays information for the following fields. in this section.

  • Transaction Data Deleted
  • Scheduled Save Abandon Time

  • Scheduled Transaction Record Purge
