Upgrade a Project Exercise v17.10

You can upgrade an existing project to the latest Maestro release from the Management Dashboard.

Extra help is available at the end of this exercise if you get stuck.

Step 1: Import a Legacy project

To upgrade a project, you’ll need to add a legacy project to your organization first.

1. If you haven't done so already, download the sample Legacy Project.
2. Navigate to the Maestro webpage and select the Organization
3. Click Import Legacy Project.
4. Name the project Legacy Project and click Import.
5. Navigate to the location of the downloaded project.
6. Select the project and click Open.
7. Confirm the imported project now appears under your organization.

Step 2: Upgrade the project

1. Select Legacy Project in the Navigator.
2. Click the Project Details tab.
3. Update the Release Version to 17.10.0.
Note

When you select a new version, a warning message confirms you can’t change the release version back to a previous version once the Project Details are saved.

4. Click OK in the warning message, then click Save.
5. The project has now been upgraded.

Note : The Release Version dropdown no longer displays any previous release versions.
