Mobile Browsers Requirements

Temenos diligently tests HTML forms across a wide range of browsers on devices from the following companies:

• Apple
• Samsung
• HTC
• Nokia

Temenos doesn’t support the following mobile devices:

• Microsoft Windows 8 phone as it’s now EOLEnd-of-life (EOL) is a term used with respect to a product supplied to customers, indicating that the product is in the end of its useful life (from the vendor's point of view), and a vendor stops marketing, selling, or rework sustaining it..
• Microsoft Windows 10 phone as it has not been successful on the market and its scheduled EOL is 2019.

While we perform exhaustive testing across market leading devices and browsers, there is a large number of mobile devices, browsers, and device patch combinations which means we can't test against all these combinations.

If you are using TransactField App in a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) deployment model, we recommend that you test HTML forms against your target devices.
