Updated Documentation

The Knowledge team have reviewed and updated the user documentation covering all of the new features and changes in Workspaces v19.05.

This new and improved user documentation can be found at: https://docs.avoka.com/Workspaces.

Note: Workspaces technical documentation is available for all Workspaces versions since v18.11 (i.e. v18.11, v19.05, v19.11).

The documentation now covers all of the new features and changes in Workspaces v19.05, including an updated FAQ section.
