Composer Forms Support Update
Temenos ceased support for the Composer development tool in 2021. This End-of-Life (EOL) announcement did not apply to forms already created using Composer and published to a customer's Journey Manager (TJM) environment.
To clarify Temenos’s position regarding these legacy Composer forms:
- Compatibility
Composer forms will continue to run in Journey Manager in all versions up to and including R26 (v26.04.x in April 2026). R26 will be the final version that supports Composer Forms. Functionality will be removed from R27 onwards. - Support
There is no support from Temenos for Composer forms. Customers run these at their own risk. - Updates
Form updates are not possible. They are effectively frozen from the time they were published from the Composer tool.
Next Steps for Clients
Clients using Composer forms are strongly encouraged to transition to supported products within the TJM product suite and rewrite their forms in Maestro or OpenUX to ensure ongoing compatibility and support.
