VIXVerify GreenID update required by 30 Nov 2022
VIXVerify GreenID have announced that their electronic validation service for AEC source documents will require a mandatory Date of Birth by 30 November 2022.
Any customer application that uses AEC (Commonwealth Electoral Roll) as a Green Id verification source in the form will be affected. We have updated the GreenID Exchange package and it will be available with the 22.10 release of Journey Manager from 16 November, 2022.
It is important to note that all users that rely on the AEC source documents must upgrade to the latest GreenID Exchange package before the deadline of 30 November 2022.
Once the new package is available, users can upgrade at any time.
