Latest Q&A forum improvements

We have recently made some improvements to the Journey Platform (TJM) Q&A forum. As many of you know, this forum was successfully migrated to the new Journey Platform (TJM) resources website on June 1st 2021.

Latest updates

The latest updates to the Q&A forum include:

  • An improved prominent Search bar added to the top of the Q&A page. If your search doesn't locate the information you are looking for, click on the Ask a Question button to ask a new question.

  • An improved, more descriptive, Ask a Question button to replace the original New Post button.
  • A new Quick Links widget, on the right hand side of the Q&A page, with links to raise a support ticket, log an idea, and view our support policies.

  • A new Q&A forum tips widget, on the left hand side of the Q&A page, that gives some tips on how to use the Q&A forum.

Recommendation

We recommend all clients and partners use the TJM Q&A forum to seek help from the greater Journey Platform (TJM) user base. While we can’t promise your query will be answered straight away, we’ll aim to send any links to relevant documentation as soon as possible.

Search

We encourage everyone to search the forum first, before raising a new question, as your queries may have been answered already.

Need a quick answer?

If you need an answer straight away, we suggest you raise a support ticket. This link has now been added to the new Quick Links widget. New customers will need their own accounts to gain access to the support portal.

Ideas?

If you have any good product enhancement ideas, log an idea in the Ideas portal. This link has now also been added to the Quick Links widget, and your ideas will go straight to our product development teams for consideration.

Have fun exploring!
