Does Journey Manager have the capability to send SMS?
Journey Manager is a real powerhouse when it comes to building Groovy services to implement your customer requirements. We often hear people asking how to send SMS (short message service) notifications to form users, for instance, to send a token to access a saved form.
Yes, you can surely write a Groovy script to do this job, but we recommend that you use an existing ready-to-use Amazon SNS package which you can add to you Journey Manager via our Exchange Platform.
