Out of Office

The Out of Office feature allows a user to set themselves as 'out of office' when they are not available for task assignment. When Out of Office is set, the user name will be marked with an icon and disabled to inform other users and managers who might want to assign them tasks that they are unavailable. Assigning tasks to an Out of Office user is not possible.

When set, a user name will be shown as Out of Office in the List screen table and the Key Info sections anywhere the dataIndex is mapped to the userLoginName.

Setting Out of Office

Once logged in, a user can set their Out of Office status by clicking on the hamburger menu on the top left to open the Space navigation menu. There is an Out of Office toggle underneath the users name. Here, the setting can be toggled on or off.

Currently, the Out of Office setting will only be available if the hamburger menu (Space Switcher) is visible
