Migrate Journey Workspaces from 23.04 to 23.10

Temenos Journey Manager (TJM) 21.11 introduced changes to the Workspaces REST API that are incompatible with earlier releases. Consequently, the Workspaces 19.11 application can no longer be used with a TJM 21.11 or later instance, and you must upgrade your Workspaces application to an Open UX form.

Overview

Journey Workspaces 23.10 configuration is largely the same as 23.04 configuration. It is important to review and modify other parts of the configuration as necessary to ensure compatibility with this release. For more information, see Upgrade to a new release.

App templates in this release are not backward compatible with older Journey Manager releases due to required API changes.
