GET Submission Data
Return the submission data for a data URL included in the response to a GET Submission request. The data returned in a successful Get Submission Data response varies depending on the data URL's request data type.

Response
If successful, this operation returns a response with a HTTP 200 OK
status code. Otherwise, it returns an error response.
The response data has the Content-Type
header set for the particular file type, and is compressed if the "Accept-Encoding: gzip"
header is set.

401 Unauthorized | User not authorized to perform this operation. |
404 Not Found | The organization code, delivery channel, submission id, attachment id, or filename may not exist. The request URL should be exactly as contained in the GET Submission JSON response. |
503 Service Unavailable | The JM System Deployment property Enable REST/Web Service Delivery has been set to false . |
