Introduction to Journey Workspaces
Overview
Journey Workspaces is a Temenos Journey Manager (TJM) module providing an application management portal. Currently, Workspaces allows processing staff to review pending applications that require manual intervention as part of the application workflow. In the future, Workspaces will be expanded to cover more areas of interest related to Journey Manager (JM) applications.
Workspaces has been completely redesigned, adding powerful filtering capabilities based on new Journey Manager REST APIs. This will enable application processing staff to find the applications they need quickly.
Prerequisites
To deploy and configure Journey Workspaces in your JM environment, you need access to the following resources.
- Journey Manager 18.11 or later.
- A Journey Manager user account with privileges for deploying and configuring WAR files.
- A Journey Workspaces WAR file. (Ask your TJM client services contact how to request a copy of this file.)
note
If you are deploying Workspaces in a TJM cloud hosting environment, contact the TJM cloud hosting team for assistance in configuring the Apache proxy settings to access the Workspaces portal after deployment.
It is assumed you are proficient with the Temenos Journey Manager (TJM) platform, collaboration jobs, scripting with Groovy / Fluent functions, and setting up forms in Journey Manager. If you're unfamiliar with any of these, you can find about them on the TJM resources website, or contact us to discuss e-Learning and instructor-led training options.
Supported web browsers
Workspaces works with current versions of the following web browsers.
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
