I have tried using this rest api and can create new parameters. When I try to use PUT to update a parameter I get a json response back that indicates the parameter was updated, it shows lastModifiedAt and lastModifiedBy properties that are correct. However, when I look at the service in TM nothing has changed, the parameter retains all of it's original values. This is TM 5.1.10, was there a bug with this at any stage?
