Overview
This Workspaces v19.05 release includes enhancements to existing functionality and introduces three new spaces:
- Helpdesk
- Assisted Channel
- Manage space
Note: The Task space has been renamed to Process.
The Spaces navigation rail is customizable, allowing individuals (or groups) to be given access to one or more spaces depending on their role.
