Hello - I am looking for the definition of the JM field Days to Nurture. It is a required field and is accessible via All Services-> Service Defintion -> Avoka - Nurture Email - Vx.x.x.

What occurs if this field does not appear at all? How is this field used? Does it need to be the same value of the fields lower down on this page: Notification Wait Time and Reminder Frequency?

Hi Leslie,

Days to nurture is the maximum days we have to keep nurturing/sending reminder emails.
Max reminder is total number of reminder emails to be sent.
Notify wait time is the time we have to wait until first reminder email to be send.
Reminder frequency is the duration wait time for subsequent reminder emails (after first email is sent)

Hello Sergey - thank you for your response on the 20th. I did take a look at the link you referenced but was seeking something more specific. I am looking for the definition/description on the field below. In particular, it is the "Days to Nurture". If this required field is not appearing, how does one make it available and what is the definition and use for this field?
