TJM Platform Champion

What does the TJM Platform Champion do?
The TJM Platform Champion is an advocate for the TJM Platform and accompanying solutions within an organization. This person believes in the software's value and benefits, and actively promotes its adoption across various departments. A software champion works to garner support, facilitate training, and provide resources to ensure successful implementation.

The champion is often the go-to expert for questions about the software, and they play a key role in bridging the gap between the software provider and the company's internal users.

Form Builder - UX Designer

Journey Maestro is the UX design tool for Journey Manager. The Form Builder is responsible for designing and building the application forms, and deploying them in Journey Manager.

Platform Developer

The Platform Developer builds services used in a Journey Manager application. They use their developer skills to leverage the TJM platform framework and Fluent APIs to access data from within the platform and using 3rd party services. The Platform Developer also needs to be across the various solution frameworks used for TJM solutions, such as the Narrator, Dispatcher and Decision Framework.

This course takes the form created in the Maestro Form Builders course, adding additional functionality by leveraging the TJM platform framework and Fluent APIs. You will access data from within the platform and from 3rd party endpoints. You will also create a review and approval workflow as part of the onboarding application. Solution Architect

The Solution Architect is an expert in the TJM Platform, from designing and developing the UX for the forms, calling services as a Platform Developer, understanding the implications of the analytics derived from user's behaviour, and configuring the Workspaces module to create customised back office workflows for bank staff.

What does the Solution Architect do?

A Solution Architect is engaged to build new custom solutions, or customise and support existing customer solution packs like Springboard or Origination solutions. They need a sufficient knowledge of the TJM Platform to be able to customise any existing custom or packaged solution, such as a Springboards or Originations.

Operations or DevOps User

On-premise customers are responsible to monitoring and maintaining their own test and production environments, upgrade and update their systems, maintaining roles and responsibilities, troubleshoot common issues, set up best practices, and dictate the relevant security processes.

What does the Operations or DevOps User do?

The Operations or DevOps User is usually a customer responsible for their own on-premise environment, a partner managing their own on-premise development environment, or a partner supporting a client's TJM  environments.

TJM Implementation Partner resources need to be proficient in all aspects of the TJM Platform, to successfully build and deliver solutions for Temenos Journey Manager customers.

What does the TJM Implementation Partner do?

The TJM Implementation Partner uses Maestro to design the UX, has a deep understanding of how to implement Manager and the required services and Exchange packages, understands how to optimise the application data presented in Journey Analytics, knows how to build and configure Journey Workspaces workflows, and has be experience to implement these solutions for a TJM customer.
