The Knowledge team is excited to announce that all online eLearning content has now been consolidated into the Journey Platform website to provide a more streamlined user experience.
Previously, this content was hosted externally, but now it can be accessed directly from the Journey Platform website.
Location and access
To see all product categories and access the learning videos, you need to sign in using your website credentials.
If you don't sign in, you can only see Learn and the Getting Started page, as shown below.
Request access
If you are signed in and cannot see the learning content, request access and simply select Request access to online courses in the Type dropdown.
Alternatively, you can send us a request via the Contact Us page.
