An effective way to ensure you don’t miss any newly published content on the Journey Platform website is by Subscribing to specific content. This feature is available in: Q&A, Articles, Release Notes or Exchange Packages.
The following will help you get started subscribing to content.
Q&A Forum
When you are in the Q&A area you must select a Category that you are interested in then hit the Subscribe button.
Check that your email details are correct (1) then hit Subscribe (2).
Read
When in any of the Read categories (Announcements, Articles, or Website Tips – (1)) subscription is done by simply hitting the Subscribe button at the left of the screen (2).
This will automatically subscribe you to the chosen category.
Exchange Packages
Subscribing to Exchange Packages is the same process as ‘Read’ explained above. Simply hit the subscribe button at the left of the screen which will automatically enroll you.
Release Notes
Subscribing to Release Notes is the same process as Read and Exchange Packages explained above. Simply hit the subscribe button at the left of the screen.
